Qualifications

• Must attend company driver training if no prior experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Pre-employment and annual MVR review required.
• Verification of non-expired medical certificate within 60 days of hire.
• No suspended license in past 3 years due to traffic incidents.
• No at-fault accidents in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicle and file daily inspection report.
• Keep vehicle clean and maintained; report repairs.
• Follow DOT, local and state driving laws.
• Load/unload materials and verify order quantities and condition.
• Assist in preparing orders for delivery.
• Complete delivery documentation with customer signature, packing list, and manifest.
• Pickup material returns and inspect condition and quantities.
• Pickup material from suppliers as needed.
• Mentor entry level drivers; assist in training.
