Keystone Automotive Operations in Spokane, WA is seeking a Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) to deliver auto, RV, and marine parts with a focus on safety and customer service. This full-time role offers a stable weekday schedule, early mornings, and room to grow, with a $19 per hour base pay.

You will operate a 15 ft or larger box truck, load and secure goods, verify orders with dispatch, and maintain a professional appearance while providing exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have at least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft.box truck, or bigger.
• Have no motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months.
• Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to pass DOT physical examination.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 15 ft. or larger box truck to deliver parts and accessories.
• Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, representing Keystone with professionalism and integrity.
• Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.

Location: Spokane, WA
Hourly Pay: $19.00

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4 to 5 days/week (based on route and business needs) Early morning start times.

Position Highlights

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus !
  (Paid $500 at 6 months + $500 at 12 months of continuous employment)
• Hourly raises of up to $0.50/hour available at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year based on performance
• Consistent weekday schedule – never work weekends
• Drive well-maintained company vehicles equipped with heat and A/C
