Keystone Automotive Operations is seeking a Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) in Eastvale, CA. This full-time role pays $18.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule (4–5 days/week) and early morning starts.

You will deliver auto, RV, and marine parts in well-maintained company trucks, providing friendly, reliable service directly to customers. This position offers a retention bonus, potential hourly raises, and a weekday-only schedule with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have at least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft box truck or bigger.
• Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs and pass pre-employment screenings.
• Able to pass a DOT physical examination.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 15 ft or larger box truck to deliver parts and accessories.
• Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, representing Keystone with professionalism.
• Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and keep the vehicle organized.

• $1,000 Retention Bonus !(Paid $500 at 6 months + $500 at 12 months of continuous employment)


• Hourly raises of up to $0.50/hour available at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year based on performance

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Have no motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months


• Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs.


• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen


• Able to pass DOT physical examination
