Keystone Automotive Operations in Spokane, WA is hiring a Delivery Driver. This full-time role delivers top-brand aftermarket auto, RV, and marine parts to customers with a focus on safety and reliability. Starting hourly pay is $19.00 with a weekday schedule and no weekend work.

You’ll load and unload, verify orders, and communicate with dispatch while maintaining vehicle cleanliness and professional appearance. Candidates must meet DOT and safety standards, and pass pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old
• Valid driver's license
• 6+ months experience driving a 15 ft box truck or larger
• No motor vehicle violations in last 24 months
• Able to lift 75 lbs
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen
• Able to pass DOT physical examination

• Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams

Job description

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4 to 5 days/week (based on route and business needs) Early morning start times.

In this full-time position, you'll deliver top-brand aftermarket auto, RV, and marine parts directly to our customers, providing friendly and dependable service.

Position Highlights

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus! (Paid $500 at 6 months + $500 at 12 months of continuous employment)
• Hourly raises of up to $0.50/hour available at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year based on performance
• Consistent weekday schedule – never work weekends
• Drive well-maintained company vehicles equipped with heat and A/C

Key Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques
• Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Be 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have at least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft. box truck, or bigger
• Have no motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months
• Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Able to pass DOT physical examination
