Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations, North America's leading distributor of specialty automotive aftermarket, RV and marine parts, is seeking a Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) in Alsip, IL. In this full-time role you will safely operate a 15 ft.

or larger box truck to deliver parts and accessories to customers, providing friendly service and representing Keystone with integrity. Competitive hourly pay of $18.50 per hour, a 4–5 day weekday schedule, and benefits including health, retirement, and paid time

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have at least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft.box truck, or bigger.
• Have no motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months.
• Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to pass DOT physical examination.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 15 ft. or larger box truck to deliver parts and accessories.
• Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, representing Keystone with professionalism and integrity.
• Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance; keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.

Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)

Location: Alsip, IL

Hourly Pay: $18.50

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4 to 5 days/week (based on route and business needs) Early morning start times.

Position Highlights

• $1,000 Retention Bonus ! (Paid $500 at 6 months + $500 at 12 months of continuous employment)
• Hourly raises of up to $0.50/hour available at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year based on performance
• Consistent weekday schedule – never work weekends
• Drive well-maintained company vehicles equipped with heat and A/C
