Starting pay is $20.50 per hour with opportunities for raises and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Drive a well-maintained company truck, adhere to DOT standards, and support a growing distribution network in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have at least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft. box truck or bigger.
• No motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months.
• Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs and pass pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 15 ft. or larger box truck to deliver parts and accessories.
• Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling technique.
• Verify orders and communicate with dispatch and warehouse teams.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.

Monday through Friday, 4 to 5 days/week (based on route and business needs) Early morning start times.

Role Summary

Join Keystone Automotive Operations as a Delivery Driver and take the wheel in one of the most essential roles in our distribution network. In this full-time position, you'll deliver top-brand aftermarket auto, RV, and marine parts directly to our customers, providing friendly and dependable service.

Position Highlights

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus! (Paid $500 at 6 months + $500 at 12 months of continuous full-time employment)
• Hourly raises of up to $0.50/hour available at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year based on performance
• Drive well-maintained company vehicles equipped with heat and A/C

Key Responsibilities
