Keystone Automotive Operations is seeking a Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) in Sacramento, CA. The role features an hourly pay of $20.50 and a full-time schedule (Mon–Fri, 4–5 days/week) with early morning starts.

You will deliver auto, RV, and marine parts, providing friendly, dependable service to customers. Join a safety‑driven team and operate well‑maintained company vehicles, with opportunities for pay raises and a $1,000 retention bonus during continuous full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have at least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft.box truck, or bigger.
• Have no motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months.
• Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to pass DOT physical examination.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 15 ft. or larger box truck to deliver parts and accessories.
• Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling technique.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, representing Keystone with professionalism and integrity.
• Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.

In this full-time position, you'll deliver top-brand aftermarket auto, RV, and marine parts directly to our customers, providing friendly and dependable service.

Position Highlights

• $1,000 Retention Bonus !
  (Paid $500 at 6 months + $500 at 12 months of continuous full-time employment)
• Hourly raises of up to $0.50/hour available at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year based on performance
• Drive well-maintained company vehicles equipped with heat and A/C
