Keystone Automotive Operations in York, PA is seeking a Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) for full-time work delivering auto, RV, and marine parts to customers. The role offers an hourly pay of $19.50 and a Monday–Friday schedule with 4–5 days per week depending on routes and business needs.

You will load and secure shipments, verify orders with dispatch, maintain a neat vehicle, and comply with DOT safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have at least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft. box truck, or bigger.
• Have no motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months.
• Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical examination.

• Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques.
• Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.

Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)

Location: York, PA

Hourly Pay: $19.50

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4 to 5 days/week (based on route and business needs) Early morning start times.

Position Highlights

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus! (Paid $500 at 6 months + $500 at 12 months of continuous employment)
• Hourly raises of up to $0.50/hour available at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year based on performance
• Consistent weekday schedule – never work weekends
• Drive well-maintained company vehicles equipped with heat and A/C
