Keystone Automotive Operations is seeking a delivery driver to join our distribution network in a full-time capacity in Sacramento, CA. You will deliver top-brand aftermarket auto, RV, and marine parts directly to customers, offering friendly and dependable service.

The position offers an hourly rate of $20.50 with potential raises and a $1,000 retention bonus paid across 6 and 12 months of continuous employment, plus benefits and growth opportunities within a safety-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft. box truck or bigger.
• No motor vehicle violations in the last 24 months.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must pass DOT physical examination.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 15 ft. or larger box truck to deliver parts and accessories.
• Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques.
• Verify orders and communicate with dispatch and warehouse teams.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4 to 5 days/week (based on route and business needs) Early morning start times.

In this full-time position, you'll deliver top-brand aftermarket auto, RV, and marine parts directly to our customers, providing friendly and dependable service.

Position Highlights

• $1,000 Retention Bonus! (Paid $500 at 6 months + $500 at 12 months of continuous full-time employment)
• Hourly raises of up to $0.50/hour available at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year based on performance
• Drive well-maintained company vehicles equipped with heat and A/C

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 15 ft. or larger box truck to deliver parts and accessories
