Job summary

TrueNorth Operations LLC is seeking a delivery driver to service Central Ohio in a company cargo van. No CDL is required and paid training is provided. You will follow a set 4-on/3-off schedule, with some weekend shifts and potential overtime during peak periods.

You will report to the DCM5 facility in Etna, OH and use a handheld device for navigation and delivery updates while delivering professional customer service daily.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• No CDL required; paid training provided.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
• Comfortable using smartphones and delivery apps.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages along routes in Central Ohio.
• Operate a company cargo van and load/organize deliveries.
• Use a handheld device to navigate, dispatch, and document deliveries.
• Provide professional customer service and communicate with dispatch.
• Work a consistent 40-hour schedule with some weekend days.
