Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service for commercial customers and DIY shoppers with professional automotive advice.
• Work with store personnel and commercial accounts to maintain strong relationships.
• Drive company vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries; load/unload per route.
• Handle returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe environment.
• Process customer payments securely per company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and product knowledge; report issues with vehicles.
