AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our Indiana store team. You’ll use company vehicles to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing confident, professional service while prioritizing safety.

This role emphasizes reliable deliveries, strong teamwork with store personnel, and accurate loading/unloading per route schedules, with opportunities for growth in a trusted retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance required.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with professional automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure strong teamwork and customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals, and follow company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe and timely deliveries to commercial customers; load/unload parts per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies for a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely according to company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products and maintain delivery vehicles.
