AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver in Indiana to join our store team. You will deliver automotive parts using company-provided vehicles, provide exceptional customer service, and support both DIY shoppers and commercial customers. A valid driver's license and safety compliance are required, with a full-time, flexible schedule.

Full-time role with opportunities for growth; no CDL is required. You will participate in loading/unloading, ensuring safe and timely deliveries while maintaining fleet

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance required.
• Basic automotive knowledge helpful.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time/accuracy goals.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver parts to commercial customers on schedule.
• Load and unload parts per route schedules and manage returns or pickups as needed.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies.
• Process customer payments securely according to company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products and report issues with delivery vehicles.
