Job summary

AutoZone, Inc. in the United States seeks a Delivery Driver to use company-provided vehicles to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers.

You will support delivery operations, maintain accuracy, and follow safety policies to ensure timely, safe deliveries. You’ll engage customers with friendly service, learn promotions and product knowledge, and work with store personnel to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and clear communication with customers and teammates.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and safety compliance.
• Basic automotive knowledge and ability to lift and move merchandise.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice and services.
• Lead and support delivery operations with store personnel to ensure smooth teamwork.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals and following policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries of automotive parts.
• Load and unload parts per route schedules and handle returns and pickups as needed.
• Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe environment.
• Process customer payments securely in line with company policies.
