Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver in Indiana. You will drive company-provided vehicles to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, loading and unloading goods as needed.

A valid license and safety adherence are required, with a flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and possible overtime. Experience with automotive parts helps; bilingual English/Spanish abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and drive safety compliance.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice.
• Collaborate with store personnel and accounts to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and adhere to time and accuracy goals.
• Drive company vehicles and load/unload parts per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores and parts from stores or outside vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety policies to ensure a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in line with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products, report issues promptly.
