Job summary

Aaron's Delivery Drivers are an integral part of ensuring positive customer experiences. This fast-paced, store-based role includes driving, installing, moving, and picking up merchandise, as well as demonstrating how customers can use their products.

You'll spend time inside and outside the store, support the team with day-to-day operations, and connect with customers in the community. The pay range for this role is $14.25 to $15.00 per hour and benefits vary by full/part-time status.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy, including satisfactory driving record.
• Must be able to be DOT certified, if required in location of position (United States Only).
• Ability to work a schedule with hours varying from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and appropriately secure products, and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
