Job summary

Aaron’s Delivery Drivers are an integral part of ensuring positive customer experiences. This fast-paced, store-based role includes driving, installing, moving, and picking up merchandise, as well as demonstrating how customers can use their products.

You’ll spend time inside and outside the store, support the team with day-to-day operations, and connect with customers in the community. The pay range for this role is $18.75 to $19.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the US; valid state driver’s license and a satisfactory MVR.
• DOT certification if required for location.
• Ability to work a schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Outdoor weather conditions accepted, including rain and heat.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and secure products; safely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
