Job summary

Aaron’s Delivery Drivers are an integral part of ensuring positive customer experiences. This fast-paced, store-based role includes driving, installing, moving, and picking up merchandise, as well as demonstrating how customers can use their products.

You’ll spend time inside and outside the store, support the team with day-to-day operations, and connect with customers in the community. The pay range for this role is $15.25 to $16.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the US (18+ in Canada).
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and comply with the Driver Qualification Policy (MVR).
• DOT certification may be required at location.
• Ability to work a schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and up to 300 lbs. with assistance and/or equipment.
• Work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in-store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance records.
