Job summary

Aaron's Delivery Drivers are essential to delivering positive customer experiences and demonstrating how products work. The role combines driving, installing, moving, and picking up merchandise in a fast-paced, store-based environment.

You’ll spend time inside and outside the store, support day-to-day operations, and connect with customers in the community while upholding Aaron’s brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old for U.S. locations.
• Valid state driver’s license with satisfactory MVR.
• Ability to obtain DOT certification if required for location.
• Work hours vary 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. according to schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely prepare products and operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise for customers.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
