Job summary

Lincare is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team, ensuring safe and timely delivery of home medical equipment to patients, also providing equipment setup and educating patients on the proper use of equipment.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year of professional driving experience, and a valid driver’s license. Home care experience is a plus; on-call evening and weekend shifts may be needed. We offer comprehensive benefits and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional driving experience required.
• Home care/healthcare background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow patient orientation checklists during delivery and training.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules.
• Abide by transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle and ensure safety in loading/unloading.
• Establish and maintain positive relations with patients and teammates.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicle and warehouse per FDA protocols.
• Work on-call rotation during evenings/weekends for emergencies as policy dictates.
