Thistle is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our Logistics team in Denver. You will be responsible for delivering plant-forward meals to customers, representing our brand with reliability and care at the door.

Base pay starts at $20/hour with potential increases based on volume and hours, plus tips and mileage/cell phone reimbursements. This role emphasizes safe driving, accurate deliveries, and clear communication with dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the assigned Thistle location at your scheduled shift start with a fully charged smartphone and sufficient fuel
• Verify that all items are accounted for before leaving for deliveries
• Use our delivery app to complete assigned stops and follow customer instructions
• Collect return bags and ice packs and return them to your pickup location at the beginning of your next shift
• Communicate clearly and consistently with our dispatch team to keep routes moving
