Thistle is seeking a Delivery Driver in our Logistics department to bring fully prepared, plant-forward meals to customers. You will be the final touchpoint, responsible for accurate deliveries and courteous service. The role supports the company’s mission to make healthy eating accessible and sustainable.

You will use our delivery app, verify items, and coordinate with dispatch to keep routes efficient. Base pay starts at $20/hr with escalators, plus tips and reimbursements.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at scheduled shift start with charged smartphone and fuel
• Verify items before leaving for deliveries
• Use delivery app to complete stops and follow customer instructions
• Collect return bags and ice packs and return them to pickup location
• Communicate clearly with dispatch to keep routes moving
