Job summary

Thistle Delivery Driver roles are part of our Logistics team, driving plant‑forward meals to customers with care and reliability. You will represent our quality at the door and help ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

The position involves hands‑on delivery duties, use of our app for stops, and coordinating with dispatch to keep routes efficient. Compensation includes base pay, mileage and cell reimbursements, plus tips where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the assigned Thistle location at your scheduled shift start with a fully charged smartphone and sufficient fuel
• Verify that all items are accounted for before leaving for deliveries
• Use our delivery app to complete assigned stops and follow customer instructions
• Collect return bags and ice packs and return them to your pickup location at the beginning of your next shift
• Communicate clearly and consistently with our dispatch team to keep routes moving
