The position offers a base pay of $20.00 per hour with potential increases based on volume and hours worked, plus typical tips and mileage reimbursement. A valid license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proof of insurance that includes liability and bodily injury.
• Reliable vehicle with capacity for multiple meals, snacks, and beverages.
• Smartphone and comfort with routing apps.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the assigned Thistle location at shift start with a charged smartphone and fuel.
• Verify items before leaving for deliveries.
• Use the delivery app to complete stops and follow customer instructions.
• Collect return bags and ice packs and return them at the next shift start.
• Communicate with dispatch to keep routes moving.
