Thistle Health is seeking Delivery Drivers for our Denver hub to bring plant-forward meals to customers. This role emphasizes quality, reliability, and customer care during door-to-door delivery, primarily in the morning shifts.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a reliable vehicle. A smartphone is required for routing, and the job includes lifting up to 50 pounds and flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Proof of insurance that includes liability and bodily injury.
• Reliable vehicle with capacity for multiple medium-sized bags of meals, snacks, and beverages.
• A reliable smartphone and comfort with using mobile technology for routing.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the assigned Thistle location at your scheduled shift start with a fully charged smartphone and sufficient fuel.
• Verify that all items are accounted for before leaving for deliveries.
• Use our delivery app to complete assigned stops and follow customer instructions.
• Collect return bags and ice packs and return them to your pickup location at the beginning of your next shift.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with our dispatch team to keep routes moving.
