Job summary

Aaron’s Delivery Drivers are an integral part of ensuring positive customer experiences. This fast-paced, store-based role includes driving, installing, moving, and picking up merchandise, as well as demonstrating how customers can use their products.

You’ll spend time inside and outside the store, support the team with day-to-day operations, and connect with customers in the community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States and 18 in Canada.
• Requires a valid state driver’s license and a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Must be able to obtain DOT certification if required for the position’s location.
• Ability to work a schedule with hours varying from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs solo, up to 300 lbs with assistance.
• Able to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain and heat.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
