Job summary

RPM Pizza, one of the largest Domino’s franchises, is hiring a Delivery Driver in Indianapolis to join a fast-paced team. You’ll take orders, deliver pizzas, and provide friendly, reliable service to customers across the delivery area.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, a fun work environment, and team member discounts. Eligible employees may access medical, dental, vision coverage and a 401(k) program.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM Pizza and Domino’s brand standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns with ownership.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
