Job summary

RPM Pizza, a Domino's franchise, is hiring a part-time Delivery Driver for the location at 9935 E. 21st Street in Indianapolis. You will deliver pizzas and provide friendly service, while upholding brand standards and maintaining cleanliness and safety.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with at least 2 years of driving, have a valid license, a dependable vehicle or access to a company vehicle, and strong communication and math skills. Team attitude and flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino's brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
