RPM Pizza, a large Domino's franchise, is seeking full-time Company Car Provided Delivery Drivers in Indianapolis area. This role involves delivering pizzas, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position offers flexible scheduling, team discounts, and growth opportunities.

The role requires 18+ with 2 years driving, a valid license, reliable vehicle, and strong communication. Overtime eligible as non-exempt under FLSA.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM Pizza and Domino's brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
