Job summary

RPM Pizza is seeking a friendly Delivery Driver for the 4015 E Southport Rd location in Indianapolis. You will provide fast, accurate orders and a positive customer experience while upholding Dominos brand standards.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with driving experience, own a reliable vehicle, and can work part-time with flexible scheduling. Training is provided, and opportunities for growth and discounts are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
• Depedable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company-owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Dominos brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
