RPM Pizza, one of the largest Domino's franchises now hiring, seeks a part-time Delivery Driver in Indianapolis. This family-owned operation runs 160+ stores across four states, upholding brand standards while delivering friendly service.

Applicants must have reliable vehicle, valid license, 2+ years driving, and be at least 18. RPM offers medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k), ongoing RPM Pizza College training, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino's brand standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
