Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record; CDL is a plus.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling materials and orders.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and productive with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Learn company products, procedures, culture, and customer service philosophy.
• Accurately pull and stage materials for delivery or customer pickup according to tickets and invoices.
• Load, deliver, and unload materials safely and promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform vehicle inspections to ensure safe operating conditions.
• Operate forklifts safely following company procedures and safety protocols.
• Accurately document merchandise returns using credit memos.
• Organize and put away products in designated bin locations.
• Build lumber packs accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers in the yard and address their needs with excellent service.
• Follow all safety procedures and promote a safe work environment.
• Work with the team to support daily yard operations.
