Job summary

Gentell is seeking a combined Delivery Driver and Customer Service Representative to load, deliver, and unload products along established routes, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.

You will communicate with the office, check stock levels, and represent Gentell in a professional manner; a high school diploma, valid license, and 3 years of delivery and customer service experience are required.

Weekend work may be required and you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• 3 years of delivery and customer service experience.
• Clean driving record and background check.
• Computer literate and able to use basic software
• Demonstrated organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work indoors/outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Gentell products on established routes.
• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspection and loading/unloading.
• Record deliveries, mileage, and fuel costs; communicate with office.
• Provide courteous customer service and stock checks at customer sites.
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork and logs.
