Job summary

Gentell is seeking a combined Delivery Driver and Customer Service Representative to support its operations in Boca Raton, FL. You will deliver products along established routes, load/unload, perform pre-trip checks, and interact with customer staff to ensure accurate delivery and stock levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• 3+ years' delivery and customer service experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Clear background check.
• Must be computer literate.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Demonstrates integrity and strong work ethic.
• Professionally handle stressful situations with maturity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident, decisive, self-directed with minimal supervision.
• Work indoors and outdoors as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive light trucks to deliver Gentell products.
• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections.
• Ensure proper loading/unloading of goods.
• Drive safely and follow traffic laws.
• Record deliveries, mileage, fuel costs, and issues.
• Communicate with corporate office.
• Report vehicle defects or incidents.
• Ensure accurate load-related documentation.
• Interact with customers professionally and clearly.
• Provide feedback on customer and delivery issues.
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork including logs and receipts.
