Job summary

Gentell is seeking a Delivery Driver / Customer Service Representative for routes across United States. You will load/unload, deliver products, and provide frontline customer service at client sites.

Responsibilities include pre-trip inspections, accurate paperwork, and clear communication with customers and the corporate office. Must be reliable, safety‑minded, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• 3 years experience in delivery and customer service.
• Clean driving record and criminal background check.
• Computer literate and able to perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Strong organizational and written/oral communication abilities.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive light trucks to deliver Gentell products.
• Perform pre-trip inspection of vehicle and ensure proper loading.
• Deliver to customers with courteous, timely service and proper paperwork.
• Record deliveries, mileage, fuel costs and issues; communicate with corporate office.
• Report vehicle defects, accidents or violations; maintain load documentation.
• Provide feedback on customer, mechanical or delivery problems to supervision.
