Delivery Driver/Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate

Position details:

Responsibilities

• Interact with internal and external salespeople, vendors, and contractors.
• Manage showroom merchandising and restocking.
• Resolve customer relations issues with dealers and end users.
• Process sales orders, upsell items, and prepare shipments.
• Load and unload products daily.
• Receive, inspect, and stock merchandise.
• Verify received items against orders.
• Assist with inventory management and physical counts.
• Use and maintain warehouse technology and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a neat and safe warehouse environment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 1+ year experience in Counter Sales.
• 2 years experience driving a company vehicle.
• Proven success in sales and customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills including problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and meet goals.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Commitment to customer service and safety.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Preferred:

• 6 months warehouse experience including forklift operation.

Physical Demands

Varies from sedentary to heavy lifting, frequent reaching, walking, standing, sitting, bending, climbing, and operating warehouse equipment.
