About the role

As a Car Delivery Driver at our Shaw store located at 1924 8th Street NW #115, Washington, DC 20001, you are the main face of our brand outside the bakery. You deliver the Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are, embodying our commitment to excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before leaving the store
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream safely and promptly
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
• Use our delivery app to update customers and ensure standards are met

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the surrounding 1-mile radius is a plus
• Own a working vehicle
