Kroger Delivery seeks a Logistics/Customer Service Delivery Driver to deliver customer orders to homes, act as brand ambassador, and uphold Kroger’s standards. You will drive a company vehicle, ensure timely delivery, maintain temperature controls and report issues to supervisors.

The role requires excellent communication, a valid driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. On-site role at 2000 Anvil Block Rd, Forest Park, GA.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must annually pass a DOT regulated medical exam.
• Must have a good driving record.
• Ability to operate a delivery van and handheld tablet device.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• May require chauffer's license in some states.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders to homes and provide excellent service.
• Act as Kroger brand ambassador while discussing Seamless Experience and delivery process.
• Maintain professionalism and presentation with customers.
• Drive company vehicle safely according to Kroger's driving standards.
• Ensure timely deliveries in good condition and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer communication about route changes per delivery standards.
• Record accurate delivery data and assist fellow drivers when needed.
• Ensure proper temperature control and food safety records.
• Report any product breakages or contamination to supervisor.
• Complete vehicle pre-inspections and report defects.
• Operate company devices for mapping and customer interactions.
• Perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
