Amazon is hiring Delivery Associates to join our efficient, safety‑driven delivery network in Redmond, Oregon. This in-person role offers 30–40 hours per week, a 10‑hour shift pattern over four days, and paid training with the tools provided (van, devices, uniforms, fuel card).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record (no more than 2 citations in past 3 years).
• Ability to pass background and DMV checks, as well as NIDA-4 drug screening.
• Ability to operate and navigate a 10,000-pound cargo van safely.
• Ability to lift, bend, reach, and stand for up to 10 hours per shift.

DETAILS

• Pay starts at $24.50 per hour depending on experience level and driving certifications and possible overtime available.


• We are willing to hire at an entry level and train

• Physically capable of entering and exiting a commercial van up to 500 times per day


• Capable of walking up and down multiple flights of stairs and uneven surfaces at an intentional pace averaging 10 to 15 miles per day


• Valid driver’s license, no CDL required


• Ability to maintain a calm professional demeanor in challenging situations, as well as being a positive member of our team
