This is a Part-Time/Full-Time position with AMAFLEET LLC(the “Company”) delivering packages for a national technology company!

• Militaryveterans are welcome!
• Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related)driving experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• As we grow, supervisory roles will be available

Benefits & Scheduling

• $23.00 - $24.00 (w/ bonus) paid biweekly
• 10-hour shifts are typical
• Full Time:3-4 days including one of the weekend days is typical
• Part Time:1-3 days including one of the weekend days is typical
• Expect daytime shift with future potential to work 2nd shift if desired
• A minimum of 2 paid 15-minutebreaksduring your shift and 1 unpaid 30 minute meal break

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Successfully handle anddeliverpackageson time
• Safelydrive and perform safetyinspectionson Company vehicle
• Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
• Provideexcellent customer serviceand satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
• Keep paceinphysically demandingjob; work in allweatherconditions and on various routes;liftpackages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
• Communicate effectivelywith support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Usesmart phone devicefor GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

Requirements

• Must beat least 21 years old
• Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must successfully pass abackground check
• Must successfully pass a4-Panel Drug Screening(which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
• Must have a satisfactorymotor vehicle report(multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing /communicationskills
