DAs are entrusted to conduct themselves ethically, professionally, and with minimal supervision while operating their cargo van, step van, and electric van.

We are looking for a few outstanding individuals to join our dynamic team. Specifically, we are seeking individuals who are willing to learn and grow with the company, have a great attitude and are extremely reliable. Students who are at least 21 years of age are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Operate and navigate a 10,000-pound cargo van or Step-van safely
• Deliver packages, with most weight under 15 pounds and some up to 50 pounds
• Use GPS and timekeeping system to complete deliveries efficiently
• Maintain a calm professional demeanor in challenging situations and be a positive team member
• Utilize company tools provided for success (van, navigation devices, uniforms, fuel card) and follow management guidance
• Participate in driver training and onboarding, including DOT certification training
• Respect and comply with safety and DOT requirements

Qualifications (expanded)

• Dependability, good attitude, willingness to learn, honesty, integrity, sense of urgency
• Ability to handle stress, good problem solving, team mindedness
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to pass background and DMV checks, as well as NIDA-5 drug screening (THC use prohibited)
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record (no more than 2 citations in the past three years)
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
• Able to read and drive a 10,000-pound cargo van or Step-van safely
• Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts around 10 hours
• Ability to efficiently operate technology including GPS and timekeeping system
• Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds each
• Physically capable of entering and exiting a commercial van up to 500 times per day
• Capable of walking up and down stairs and uneven surfaces at a pace averaging 10 to 15 miles per day
• Valid driver’s license, no CDL required
• Pay attention to safety and maintain a professional demeanor

• Pay starts at $24.25 per hour depending on experience level and driving certifications; overtime may be available
