Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean MV Record.
• Pass a comprehensive background check and MV record check.
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
• Ability to navigate using GPS and route planning tools.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the St. Louis area. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout St. Louis and surrounding areas
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customers
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns with empathy and courtesy
• Inspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues, cleanliness, and safety compliance; report any maintenance needs promptly
• Handle packages and products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer feedback
• Follow all traffic laws, company safety protocols, and vehicle operation guidelines
• Organize and load delivery vehicles efficiently to maximize space and accessibility

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to navigate using GPS technology and route planning tools
• Physical capability to safely lift, carry, and load packages (up to 50 lbs regularly)
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedules
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine willingness to provide outstanding customer service
• Flexibility to work varying shifts and adapt to changing delivery demands
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and responsibility for vehicle upkeep
