MBR Management Corporation in St. Louis is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team at 3239 Lemay Ferry Rd. This part-time role focuses on safe, on-time deliveries and friendly customer service in the St.

Louis area. You will operate a personal vehicle for deliveries, follow routes with GPS, and maintain accurate delivery records. The position offers flexible hours and opportunities to grow with our family-like team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in reading maps and using GPS navigation systems.
• Physical capability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Knowledge of St. Louis area geography is a plus.
• Experience in delivery, customer service, or transportation roles is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers throughout the St. Louis area in a timely and professional manner
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and local knowledge to optimize delivery schedules and minimize travel time
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers courteously, answering questions, and handling transactions professionally
• Inspect vehicles daily for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance checks to ensure safe operation
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions or concerns
• Handle packages and products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route changes, delays, or customer concerns
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe driving record
• Build positive relationships with regular customers and represent the organization's brand with integrity and enthusiasm
• Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining a flexible, can-do attitude
