Job summary

We are MBR Management, a locally owned franchise of Domino's, seeking a reliable Delivery Driver for our St. Louis location on Tesson Ferry Road. You will deliver pizzas and other products to customers, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain a professional, friendly demeanor.

Requirements include 18+, valid driver's license, access to a reliable insured vehicle, and the ability to pass background checks. The role offers flexible hours and opportunities to earn while helping the team meet

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for commercial delivery purposes.
• Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to navigate using GPS and delivery management systems.
• Physical capability to safely lift and carry packages of varying weights.
• Reliable and punctual with a commitment to meeting delivery schedules.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the St. Louis area.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficient time management and on-time arrivals.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and payment documentation.
• Inspect vehicle condition before each shift and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Handle products with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to maintain a clean driving record.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any challenges.
• Organize and load delivery items in a logical manner to maximize efficiency.
• Respond professionally to customer feedback and resolve delivery-related concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times.
