We are MBR Management (a locally owned Franchise of Domino's) recruiting a Delivery Driver for our St. Louis location at 2256 S Grand Blvd. You will deliver orders with a focus on safety, timeliness, and friendly service.

Responsibilities include route planning, accurate record-keeping, and handling payments when needed. Must be 18+, have a valid license, and pass MVR and background checks. Flexible hours and customer-facing role offer meaningful daily impact.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout the St. Louis area.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for all transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
• Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
• Handle products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to maintain a clean driving record.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any obstacles.
• Collect payments when applicable and process transactions accurately.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at all times.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history if 18 years old; 1 year of driving history if 19 years or older
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle approved for commercial delivery use
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check meeting company standards
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Excellent driving record with no major violations
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds regularly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and genuine customer service orientation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the St. Louis area and local neighborhoods
• Experience in delivery, logistics, or customer-facing roles
• Knowledge of GPS and navigation systems
• Experience using mobile delivery applications
