Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years of driving history if 18 years old; 1 year if 19 or older.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and a criminal background check.
• Strong customer service skills and positive attitude required.

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout St. Louis
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers with a friendly demeanor and ensuring accurate order delivery
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for all transactions
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and route optimization to maximize delivery productivity
• Inspect vehicle daily for maintenance needs and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Handle cash and digital payments securely while maintaining transparency in all transactions
• Communicate professionally with customers and resolve any delivery-related concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practices
• Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior for a positive customer experience
