Job summary

Jimmy John's is hiring a Delivery Driver in West Allis, WI. You’ll use your own car to deliver sandwiches within a defined local area, with short routes and familiar territory. No CDL required, and you’ll earn base pay plus tips and mileage reimbursements.

A $600 sign-on bonus is paid out over six months while you’re employed and in good standing. Between deliveries you’ll work in-shop, taking orders, handling payments, and reconciling cash and tips with your manager at shift end.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Clear communication with customers in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Jimmy John's sandwiches within a defined local area using your own car.
• Work in-shop between deliveries and get paid for that time.
• Take phone orders and handle payments accurately.
• Reconcile cash, tips, and mileage with the manager at shift end.
• Assist with in-shop tasks during routes.
