Job summary

Jimmy John's Mt. Pleasant, WI is seeking Delivery Drivers to cover a defined local area with short routes. Start within 5 days of applying and enjoy flexible scheduling in a fast-paced shop.

No CDL is required—just your car and a clean driving record. Base pay $11.50–$13.50/hour plus tips and mileage, a $600 sign-on bonus, and free meals on shift. Mileage reimbursement is provided on every delivery. Full-time roles include benefits; part-time under 30 hours not eligible.

Qualifications

• 18 or older.
• Valid driver's license and your own insured vehicle.
• Driving record with no DUIs and at most two moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Jimmy John's sandwiches in a defined local delivery area with short routes.
• Take phone orders and handle payments accurately.
• Reconcile cash, tips, and mileage with your manager at shift end.
• Work in-shop between deliveries and get paid for that time.
• Double-check every order before it leaves.
