Job summary

Linden's Propane is seeking a CDL driver in Wellington, OH to join our team delivering propane safely to residential and commercial customers. You will learn routes, perform DVIRs, and work with dispatch and service teams to ensure on-time service.

The role requires Hazmat/Tanker endorsements, a clean driving record, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and willingness to work on-call. We offer benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Comfort using basic computer systems for logging, inspections, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, transport, deliver, and unload propane products safely.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, DOT, and company safety requirements.
• Inspect vehicles and report maintenance or equipment needs promptly.
• Provide professional, courteous service at every customer location.
• Work collaboratively with service and dispatch teams to support operational goals.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including extended or after-hours work as business needs require.

What You’ll Do in Your First 30 Days

• Complete onboarding, safety training, and ride-alongs to learn EDP delivery routes and procedures
• Perform daily vehicle inspections (DDVIR) and document findings accurately
• Begin independent deliveries with support from dispatch and service teams
• Learn how we communicate with customers, handle after-hours calls, and escape service needs appropriately

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Pay: $24-25 per hour (based on experience)
