Job summary

Anderson Propane is seeking a propane delivery driver to support safe, on-time service in Uhrichsville, Ohio. You will work with dispatch and service teams to execute routes, perform daily vehicle inspections, and ensure customer satisfaction through professional, reliable deliveries.

The role requires a valid CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, a strong safety mindset, and willingness to work on-call or outside normal hours when needed. Benefits and competitive pay are provided.

• Driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and pull up to 125 lbs in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, transport, deliver, and unload propane products safely.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, DOT, and company safety requirements.
• Inspect vehicles and report maintenance or equipment needs promptly.
• Provide professional, courteous service at every customer location.
• Work collaboratively with service and dispatch teams to support operational goals.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including extended or after-hours work as business needs require.

Job description

Anderson Propane is a propane company built by operators who understand what it takes to serve customers well. Our drivers work closely with service technicians, dispatch, and local leadership to deliver safe, on-time service while maintaining strong customer relationships.

What You’ll Do in Your First 30 Days

• Complete onboarding, safety training, and ride-alongs to learn EDP delivery routes and procedures
• Perform daily vehicle inspections (DDVIR) and document findings accurately
• Begin independent deliveries with support from dispatch and service teams
• Learn how we communicate with customers, handle after-hours calls, and escalate service needs appropriately

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Pay: $27-30 per hour (based on experience)
